Rankings based on how well they have done in fantasy up to this point

1. Cory Wharton

Previous: 1

Cory is killing everyone else in fantasy points. He is currently 100 points in front of everyone else in default leagues and I don't see that changing anytime soon. The only thing he'll have to do this season to have an epic fantasy year is if he can end up ...

"Caged" Fantasy Recap

by Peter Brune

Posted on April 19, 2017 at 04:51 pm

This recap is going to be a little different than the other recaps I've been having. Instead of just walking you through the episode, I'm going to go through the important parts of the episode and just give my thoughts on the episode and what I believe will be happening in the next episodes.

Let me start off by saying that this could have been one of the best episodes of the season, but MTV messed that up with having another "to be continued". Although, even with the "to be contin...

Cory has done basically everything up to this point in terms of fantasy except for physical fighting. That looks to change this next week whenever him and Nelson get into an altercation after the first round of the elimination this past week. H...

Cory is still sitting in first for most points scored in default leagues. I believe he stays there unless he ends up getting eliminated in the underdog bloodbath in the next episode.

Go Your Own Way Recap

Elimination

This episode starts where we left off last episode with Bananas down 1-0 against Darrell in Balls In. Bananas is on offense and has one last chance to tie the game up and send the elimination into overtime. Bananas makes a good move to get around Darrell to start, but Darrell ends up being too much and knocks Bananas hand off of the ball and he misses the bucket to lose. In the post elimination interview Bananas is very humble and knows that he lost to one of the gre...

Even though there was plenty of drama in the house this past episode, there wasn't enough to dethrone Cory from the top spot. Expect him to be in talks with going into the elimination next week and see if he can add to his point total if he...

An Officer And A Gentlewoman Recap

by Peter Brune

Posted on April 1, 2017 at 10:17 am

What a fantastic episode! The only thing this episode was missing was showing who won the eliminations. Everything else was great! We had a house party, going out to the bars, some romance, a TON of drama, the challenge, and part of the first elimination. Now onto the episode...

This episode starts out like a horror film. We see Laurel dressed up like Carrie walking very ominous around the pool and house. To be honest, at first I thought this was going to be another prank on the u...

With Dario leaving last week, Cory takes over his spot at #1. We see in this past episode that Cory does not take long to move from girl to girl in the house. He hooks up with Camilla not even 2 weeks after Kailah leaves. He's been one of the best f...

A Low Down Dirty Shane Recap

The episode starts out with the first night out on the town for the competitors. We see a lot of dancing and drinking from everyone and some flirting happening between Cory and Camilla. The flirting continues whenever they get back to the house and we see that Cory didn't waste any time after Kailah left to move on to Camilla.

Achy Breaky Heart Recap

by Peter Brune

Posted on March 17, 2017 at 10:43 am

I'm so glad that MTV didn't keep going with their "too be continued" episodes. After two episodes with not a lot of content, we got back to the normal episode format: house drama, challenge, house drama, nominations, elimination, house drama. That is the format that every episode should follow until you really need the cliff hangers, like episodes close the final challenge.

We start out the episode with a lot of relationship talk. We first have Laurel, Ashley K and Camilla ta...

I think this week we finally see some more scoring from the champs so that they'll start to climb the charts next week. Until then, I'm not ranking any of them particularly high since they really haven't done much.

The Mile-High Club Recap

by Peter Brune

Posted on March 10, 2017 at 11:13 am

Let's be honest, we all knew that MTV was just going to show the elimination this week. They are the kings of ending episodes on unnecessary cliff hangers and then have an episode that shows what you could've shown in the previous episode. That is exactly what this episode was.

This episode starts out with all the contestants having a party in the house and all kinds of drama ensues. First we see Nicole continue to flirt with Cara Maria as they wrestle each other. Cara is just hum...

Underdog Eat Underdog World Recap

This is the episode that everyone has been waiting for this season. The champs have finally arrived and now we are going to figure out what the format is for the rest of the season.

The Challenge

The episode starts out where we left off – the champions walking up to the challenge and TJ telling the underdogs that to be a champion you have to beat the champions (spoiler: this is not true at all based on the new format). TJ tells everyone that the challenge w...

Four Tickets To Paradise Recap

We've finally made it everyone! It's been a long 3 weeks, but now we finally get to see the champs show up to compete against the underdogs! Well, we got to see them walk up for about 30 seconds right before the episode ended, but that's exactly what I expected from MTV.

In the beginning of the episode, we are starting to see more romances growing in the shelter. We saw Cory and Kailah walking down the beach with each other flirting and making out. We also saw a new romance growing bet...

Nothing to really change here, Nicole still seems the best out of the females currently for fantasy with being involved in drama and a great competitor. I would almost say she would be one of the top female competitors once the champions arrive. Stay ...

Episode 2 Recap

Yes, I know that this is technically the 3rd episode, but since we're counting episodes 1 & 2 as 1 episode combined for fantasy purposes I'm saying this was the 2nd episode. Moving on...

This episode was quite the dropoff from the first episode in terms of what actually happened. There was almost nothing that went on in the house other than going to the challenge, nominations, and the elimination. But hey, I'm not complaining about it since they actually had a challenge and elimina...

Season Premiere Recap

by Peter Brune

Posted on February 10, 2017 at 06:23 pm

The challenge is finally back, and this season looks like it's definitely going to be an upgrade from the past couple years! We finally have a great cast and a new format besides the recycled 2-person team format that they've been using in the past. This season will have 18 underdogs battling for 12 spots in the "Oasis," which is basically just a normal challenge house, but the twist is once they make it to the Oasis, they are greeted by 8 champions who are trying to spoil the game for t...
